Service Description

Our work together will be to craft personalized rituals that support your mental well-being, emotional health, and quality of life. Each session, we'll dive into a different component of our unique style of trauma-informed healing - rooted in herbal relationships, mind + body + soul connection and body movement. You'll have one soul exercise to do at home between sessions that will deepen your connection to your mind, body + soul. We tailor each journey to individual's personality, comfort, and healing needs. Some questions that will guide your healing journey with us will be: - What is your current level of self-awareness? - What is your relationship with your body? - What does space look like for you? - What body movements and breathwork serve you? - What herbal relationships can you benefit from? - How do you maintain your self-healing rituals? - What support do you need as you continue to heal?

To cancel or reschedule your session please contact us at least 12 hours in advance. We understand that things come up and mindsets change, but please respect our time just as we respect yours.
