Agreement Between Holistic Blyss and Client

 

These terms and conditions (the "Agreement") describe what you are legally entitled to expect from us when you purchase wellness services and herbal supports through us, in addition to your obligations as a customer. The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Holistic Blyss. The term "you" refers to the customer visiting our website, booking a session through us or otherwise using our services. 

Please thoroughly review these terms and conditions of Holistic Blyss. By accepting and making payment to Holistic Blyss, you acknowledge that you have been advised of, reviewed, and hereby accept these terms and conditions for wellness related services.

By attending my booked sessions with Holistic Blyss: 

• I affirm that I am solely responsible for my health and well-being, as well as my decision to practice yoga, a program of physical exercise. 

• I agree to inform my yoga instructor of any activities or movements, which I feel could cause injury to myself. 

• I understand that yoga is not recommended and is not safe under certain medical conditions. 

• I do not have any physical conditions or disability that would limit my participation or preclude an exercise program. 

• I agree to attend each session open-minded and willing to receive the intentions of the mindful practices of my soul-work at home and during the session.

• Our sessions are safe spaces for all individuals but in particular oppressed and marginalized and Black, Indigenous, People of Color (BIPOC). I agree to honor the experiences of these individuals and preclude from using discriminatory or derogatory language against one’s race, color, gender, sexual orientation, gender expression, political affiliations, class, national origin, marital status, religion, or beliefs.

• I agree to listen to my body, and monitor myself during every session.

Payment + Duration of work

• You have up to 8-weeks from the date of your initial session to schedule and attend the complete number of sessions in your plan.

• Your complete payment is due when booking each session or your initial session for wellness plans

• Herbal supports are offered at a 15% discount single session or journey clients during the duration of their 8 week plan

Refunds + Canceling Services

• We reserve the right to refuse and/or end services for any client(s) who breach any aspect of this agreement and/or create a hostile, unsafe working condition at our own discretion.

• All payments are non-refundable

Cancellations + Rescheduling

 To cancel or reschedule your session please contact us via email at least 12 hours in advance. We understand that things come up and mindsets change, but please respect our time just as we respect yours.

 

 

Body Movement Services Release and Liability Waiver  

• All exercise programs involve a risk of injury. By choosing to participate in our holistic wellness program, you voluntarily assume risk of injury. 

• Awareness is fundamental to the practice of yoga.

• Holistic Blyss shall not be held liable for my injury, loss, or damage to property and/or persons sustained during or as a result of participation in sessions.

Use of our Services and Website Indemnification  

You agree to indemnify us and our affiliates, against any claims, causes of action, demands, losses, damages, or other costs, (including reasonable legal and accounting fees) brought by you or third parties as a result of (a) your breach of this Agreement, (b) your violation of any law or the rights of any third party, or (c) your use of our website. 

 

 

Privacy Policy  

Your personal information and all information shared during sessions are confidential. They will not be used for any other purpose but during our sessions together. You represent that you have read and agree to the terms of our privacy policy, which can be found on our website.
